I Love the Holidays

this year i spent it up north in San Francisco and Davis with the Fam Bam

the guy sitting on this "cool" bus almost fell off after i took this picture. He freaked and crawled back inside (poor guy) looked like fun though...there was another guy hanging off the side but you cant really see him from this angle

One of my many cousins spotted this dear walking around a park we went to, i followed him(her?) and was lucky enough to get this shot.

Speaking of cousins, heres a couple pictures of them i took during the festivities and many outings we went on.

We're a pretty big family, 22 cousins on my Dad's side but they feel more like siblings then cousins. This year only 15 of us were able to get together. (not including aunts and uncles) 

New years was pretty tame. Lots of dancing and lots of drunken i love yous.

but anyways..

yikes this weeks been pretty hectic, i'm heading up north for the holidays and unfortunately haven't had much time to draw anything new. So once again i'm posting and oldie but goodie :) this ones got a an adam and eve vibe to it.

Mike Wazowski

This mike was drawn a ways back... maybe 6 months ago? I got into this crazy mike wazowski faze and drew him everywhere; on notebooks, napkins, my hand haha. I stubbled over this picture of him while cleaning out some folders on my dash today and thought i'd share him with you.

Dear 'Ol Santa Claus

Finished drawing my little friend sandy claus here a few days ago, was originally gonna wait till christmas to post buuuuut i couldn't wait. Plus i figured i'd end up drawing more christmas related artsy doodles before the big day :) 

Here we see old saint nick about to munch on a chocolate chip cookie, a twinkle in his eye a glow to his cheeks....but the look on his face and candy cane swirls are making me think there's more in that cookie then chocolate chips...

I have a nasty habit of losing things. A few months ago i lost the pen to my bamboo tablet. for months i searched; under couches, pillows, papers, in cabinets, backpacks, purses.... no such luck. After a few more days of beating myself up about it and declaring the pen to be dead to me I ordered a new one off Amazon. 3 days ago i received my pen in the mail. 2 days ago i drew this jelly fish :) now im working on something a little more christmasy.
