fishy flowers

So for a while now i've been working on a mural in my room. Just some fish and flowers :) anyways i documented a bit as i went and heres what i have to show for it :D enjoy!

I cropped the bajezzez out of it 'cuz my buddy here ended up looking a little too much like a certain justin bieber and i wasn't diggin' it. I was also too lazy to change anything. Anyways a Futurama marathon is currently taking my attention away from both photoshop and the internet, so later ya'll!

The Hive

So i've started a new project: A Hexagon Blanket

I've known how to crochet for a while now but only have two beanies to show for it. So i decided i wanted to take on a bigger project, i started making granny squares and was on my 19th one when i saw this pattern and absolutely fell in love. I wasn't really into the granny squares i was making so i saved the squares for later and started on my hexagons, thank you attic24 { <-- hexagon pattern } for the inspiration and pattern needed!! 

i've decided to affectionally name it The Hive.

heres what i've got so far

not a lot of progress yet... i blame it on my terrible multitasking skills and new obsession with Arrested Development. (i know, i'm so late in discovering how great this show is)
